About me
Hello, I'm Justine Rintoul
Ever since I was young, I have had a love for movement and physical activity. My journey with yoga began at the age of 17, and I was instantly drawn to the peace and calm that it brought me after each class. Over the years, my yoga practice has grown and evolved beyond just the physical benefits. As I have come to understand the deeper wisdom of both yoga and Ayurveda, I have become passionate about sharing this knowledge with others. My goal is to inspire and guide others on their own journeys towards greater peace, health, and well-being through the transformative power of yoga.
As a qualified Yoga Therapist and Yoga Teacher with 500 hours of training from Yoga Australia and an Ayurvedic Health Coach, I have been teaching yoga since 2010 and infusing my classes with a holistic approach that incorporates asana, pranayama, mantra, mudra, visualization, and ritual.
Philosophy
My practice and teachings are heavily influenced by the teachings of Tantra, which seamlessly weaves together yoga, ayurveda, and spiritual practices. In addition to yoga classes, I also offer one-on-one Yoga Therapy sessions both in person and virtually, to cater to the individual needs of my clients. Join me on a journey towards greater peace, health, and well-being through the transformative power of yoga.
